Hands-on creative fun is a must for every child. Being able to create their own little masterpiece from scratch is a wonderful thing. As your child goes through Key Stage 1, encourage them to add more intricate detail to their drawings and paintings, to be more observant about fine details and characteristics in the objects and landscapes they see around them.
